Job Summary:-
Group Description
Technology Finance team support globally to Enterprise Technology (ET) for Financial reporting which includes EMR’s, MIS Reports, Headcount reports.

Team also supports to maintain Clarity (Global) tool.

Team provides financial support to Global Technology finance teams.

The position requires frequent interaction with the U.

S.

-based ET F&BM teams.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to :
Clarity Support, GT Financial reports and Resource Management support including:
PMO Tool & Time Tracking includes month end close activities
Monthly & Quarterly EMR’s & other Finance / MIS Reports
Data upload into various planning systems (SAP/Apptio)
Extraction and mining of data reports from various financial systems
Reviewing and improving on productivity benchmarks on ongoing basis
liaising with regional and global partners / stakeholders to understand the business drivers
Monthly and Yearly Demand Planning and analysis
Strategic & Business Partnering:Creating decks and reports for senior management
Understanding the key functions & responsibilities of the various groups involved within every stage of the ET business
Performing all BAU & adhoc activities expediently and at a very high level of quality
Contribute towards ongoing business projects and initiatives
Support F&BM teams by providing clear and concise reporting as required
Qualifications / Desired Attributes
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Outstanding PC skills especially with Excel and PowerPoint
4+ years financial reporting, planning and forecasting experience
Experience in Essbase systems
Advanced technical skills in Excel and Access
Exceptional time management and prioritization skills essential
Ability to interact effectively with peers and senior management
Proven experience delivering timely, high quality, senior manager-level reporting & analysis from diverse, complex data sources
Attention to detail is a must with focus on executive quality presentation
Self-starter; demonstrate ability to complete assigned tasks independently with minimum supervision
