Data Analyst
Responsibilities
- Collect and aggregate data from databases, APIs, and other internal/external sources
- Clean, validate, and structure datasets to maintain accuracy and consistency
- Perform statistical analyses to identify trends, correlations, and actionable insights
- Use tools such as SQL, Excel, Python, R, and analytics platforms to conduct in-depth analysis
- Develop dashboards and visual reports using Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent tools
- Present insights and recommendations in clear, business-friendly formats
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and build analytical solutions
- Work with engineering/IT teams to enhance data pipelines and improve data ecosystem efficiency
- Monitor KPIs and support business teams with ongoing performance reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one programming language such as Python or R
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Familiarity with tools such as Apache, Superset, Airflow, Postgres, or Spark
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical findings
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
