What we are looking for 

We are looking for exceptional individuals who are passionate to work on data and quantitative approaches for social impact. He/she will support the designing and implementation of quantitative assessments and research studies that contribute to informed decision-making and action, and have the following profile:

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in economics, statistics, or other quantitative disciplines of social sciences

• 2-3 years of experience in conducting quantitative research or evaluation studies, data analysis, data visualization and data management

• Strong knowledge of quantitative methods of data collection and the ability to analyse data

• Experience of working on observational, experimental or quasi-experimental studies will be preferred

• Experience of working on social impact or development programs will be preferred

• Experience and proficiency in at least one of the quantitative software packages – STATA or R

• Ability to use insights from data analysis to prepare high quality reports in PPT or Word format

• Excellent communication skills

• Agility and the ability to adapt to and thrive in ambiguous situations

• Strong alignment with our mission of alleviating poverty

• Humility, willingness to listen, and learn
